    no don’t agree about a litre worth 5 bucks but what ESSO now has come up with is the nickel and dime-ing at the pumps. As always ESSO always knives a way to squeeze the consumers pocket. A few years ago, ESSO took out gas cans being borrowed at their stations and replaced them with a purchase instead….a desperate motorist had to buy the can in order to walk back to their vehicle to fill….squeezing the last buck from someone in dire straights. The latest gimmick by ESSO is to start charging for AIR thats right AIR to fill your tires at 50cents and they say it is for charity but they don’t tell you how much goes to charity.

    If it isn’ enough that big oil like ESSO is always trying to squeeze the last buck from you, they are making a huge profit off the backs of us poor working folk through their oil pumping in some cases at a dollar a barrel is all they pay..

    Boycott ESSO for their latest squeeze for AIR!

    Dude really? AIR? I’m pretty sure what esso provides is compressed air, and they do so using electricity, hoses, and a hose adapter that gets stolen almost weekly. If you don’t like Esso’s policy, get yourself an electric compressor for your car at Canadian tire and get over it. Same thing with a gas can. Gas stations would keep one for good will, but that got abused. People would steal the gas cans too.

    Esso is in the business of making money, not free charity work. Get over it. You’re lucky they aren’t charging you to use their bathroom either, something I would fully support as those bathrooms take a lot of abuse from customers also.
